Where is the school located?

The school is located on NH- 29, Varansi road, Mahaveer Chhapra, Near Belipar Thana , Gorakhpur.

When is the Session going to start?

The Session starts in April.

Which classes is the school starting?

The school is starting with Nursery to Class XII. A Senior Secondary School.

What is the criteria for admission?

Age to be 3+ as on 1st April.

What documents should be carried (from Nursery to Class – U.K.G.)

• Proof of age (birth certificate)
• Proof of residence
• Four photographs of the child
• Medical Certificate in case of dyslexic

The documents which are to be carried for Class I to IX & XI are:

• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residence
• Four photographs of the child
• Report Card of the previous school
• Transfer Certificate Photocopy to be submitted at the time of admission

What is the fee structure?

• The school has an academic session from April to March.
• School dues are payable quarterly by 10th day of the 1st month of the quarter.
• All payments are to be made cash/ cheque/ online transfer.

AVAILABILITY OF FORM :

• The registration forms are available at the school premises between 9:00am to 4:00pm only.
• Fill it up neatly and carefully with a black pen only.
• Please ensure that all the columns are filled.

SUBMISSION OF FORM:

• Submit to the Front Desk P.R.O. with all relevant documents (Photocopy Only).
• Original documents to be produced at the time of admission.

2. Residential Proof
3. Father's Qualification proof
4. Mother's Qualification proof
5. Medical Certificate including blood group

Following documents are required at the time of Admission (other than nursery class) -

1. Date of Birth Certificate
2. Transfer Certificate
3. Residential Proof
4. Medical Certificate including blood group
5. Original Transfer certificate.
6. Copy of mark sheet of the previous class

• The form, details, photographs and attested documents will be crosschecked.
• A written test and An informal meeting with the Principal will be arranged.
• Admission will be confirmed by the P.R.O. on a given date and the fee structure will be explained.
• The Admission Form, I Card Form etc. & other formalities will be completed.
• The confirmation of admission is only on receipt of fees.
